Coach LC serves as CEO of L.C. Smith & Associates, LLC; assisting in business and nonprofit developments, professional/personal development workshops for youth and adults, mentor training, and life coaching. LC has made it his life’s mission to address personal or community challenges.  He approaches this work in many ways, but always with the goal of empowering others to achieve their goals and to live a full life. LC Smith was chosen as a featured speaker to inspire global entrepreneurs for the Speakers International Immersion Summit-Cuba Cruise in 2019. He was recently selected to take on the challenge with Global Ties Alabama to work with mentors and students from the French-speaking countries in African during the summer of 2020.

LC Smith is also Founder of Real Fathers Making a Difference, Inc. a nonprofit organization which impacts the lives of youth and families in countless ways. LC’s commitment to submitting to his purpose has earned recognition and acknowledgment in many ways for the work he has accomplished through the undeniable passion he displays. Only to name a few; was voted Best Local Community Leader through Steve Harvey’s Neighborhood Awards 2015. He also was invited to be a "Rock Star Mentor" to work with future leaders in New Orleans in partnership with Prince, Essence Magazine, and Rebuild the Dream at the Essence Festival, and acknowledged as Madison Mission’s 2019 Local Legend.  One of LC’s most recent undertakings is working with foster care kids of Alabama.
